Shoppers will receive a confirmation mail within 24hrs after confirming their order. Items not paid for within 24 hours after confirmation mail received, ordered item will be put back up for sale. Naturally, all dead-bidders will be blacklisted from our website and from future purchases. We reserve the right to reject any order received at any time with a reason for the rejection. All items for sale are brand new and direct import products. We will double check every item before mailling the product to prevent any faulty goods. All prices are also non-negotiable and postage will not be waived under any circumstances. FULL refund will be made if items are out of stocks. All goods sold are non refundable or exchangeable.
Payment
We only accept payment via DBS/POSB bank transfer and cash deposit.

Collection
Shoppers can either do self pick-up or through normal or registered mail
(Normal mail: S$2.50-3.50, Registered Mail: S$4.50 and above, depends on size and weight).
Self pickup locations will be further advised after payments are made. COD are strictly forbidded.
Postage
All items via normal and registered postage will be processed and mailed within 5-6 working days once payment had been
made. We are not responsible for any items lost in transaction. Tracking numbers will only be provided upon request. To
be safe, registered mail are advised.
